Vendor Event Hours: Shopping, Drinks, Food and fun 9:00 am-4:00 pm both days
May 7th: Tea with Hats at 11:00am & 2:00pm
May 8th Mother’s Day Brunch at 10:00 am

Registrations are now being accepted for Food Truck, Concession, and Merchandise Vendors for the 2022 Spring Fling at Fulton Valley Farms.
Vendor Deadlines
Application & All Fees Due by 4/15/2022
$25 deposit is due at the time of application/reservation.
Booth Rental Fee Schedule:
Booth Rental Space: 10×10 space with 1 Table and 2 chairs. 2 Days.
$100 Booth Rate
Vendors Agree that their booth will remain up and active from the beginning of the event until the close of the event.
NO REFUNDS IN CASE OF RAIN CANCELLATION
Clean Site Deposit Information:
Clean-Up Deposit: Vendors are responsible for their booth space during and after the event. A $50 Deposit will be placed the day of the event, at check-in and the $50 is returned after event inspection is complete. Which will be before you leave the event.
Agreement: The Fulton Valley Farms assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of participants’ acts of omission in or during the Mother’s Day Event.
Booth Rental Space: 10×10 space with 1 Table and 2 chairs. Includes both Days (5/7 and 5/8)
